AFYAMAMA is an initiative for women and adolescent girls in rural and underprivileged communities in Tanzania that trains and empowers vulnerable women and adolescent girls  from underprivileged communities to own their own health and save their own lives,their children, their fellow women and their communities.He aims at ending all easily preventable maternal and child deaths such as Home deliveries, delay to obstetric care,maternal complications,malnutrition and diarrhea in most affected and vulnerable Tanzania communities. Mother to mother healthcare initiative is committed to make healthcare services available, accessible and affordable where they are needed most as as we transform vulnerable women and girls to become the bridge between the community and healthcare facilities as we inspire and empower them to be proactive, supportive, local care takers, newborn-growth monitors, daily health counselors, material delivery and healthcare agents  in rural, poor and underprivileged communities. We are discovering and connecting at very earlier onset of illness,suffered injuries and human rights humiliation through both local and professional approaches. Therefore preventing pre-mature deaths,reducing easily preventable maternal and child mortality, reducing emergencies and empowering rural women. We believe that we can end easily preventable deaths from maternal complications, gynecological conditions, Malaria, Malnutrition and diarrhea if women and girls are empowered in primary health fields-community based levels to take first role to fight at very earlie
